In order to maintain the highest monthly payout to its owners, TBVR restricts how many properties it manages. When lodging demand allows, TBVR will evaluate new properties and their owners for property management. Occasionally, TBVR will even guarantee a set monthly payout for owners who own the property for investment and use the property infrequently. Generally, those properties in the best condition at the most attractive locations are selected for management.
